ORIX Corporation acquires remaining stake in Robeco

ORIX Corporation acquired the remaining minority shares of Robeco in 2016, following its initial acquisition of a 90.01 percent stake in the Rotterdam-based asset manager in July 2013 for approximately 250.7 billion yen, making Robeco a wholly owned subsidiary.
