Hg Acquires TrustQuay from Silverfleet Capital

Hg (then Hg Capital) acquired TrustQuay (Quantios predecessor entity) from Silverfleet Capital in October 2022, becoming the companys lead shareholder. This investment set the stage for the January 2023 merger with Viewpoint that created Quantios. Deal value undisclosed.
