Trive Capital unified two of its portfolio companies, Accelint (acquired November 9, 2022) and Vitesse Systems (acquired December 21, 2018), under the single Lyntris brand on May 11, 2026, ahead of a targeted August 2026 U.S. IPO seeking up to a $2.53 billion valuation.
