Prada Group Acquires Versace from Capri Holdings

Prada S.p.A. signed a definitive agreement on April 10, 2025 to acquire 100% of Versace from Capri Holdings for a cash consideration based on an enterprise value of 1.25 billion euros. The deal closed on December 2, 2025 after receiving all required regulatory clearances, with Lorenzo Bertelli becoming Versace's executive chairman.
