Karman Space & Defense, built by Trive Capital through seven strategic acquisitions, completed an upsized IPO on the NYSE under ticker KRMN on February 13, 2025, raising over $500 million and opening with a more than 30% share-price increase to reach a $4 billion valuation. Trive retained majority voting power after the offering.
