Francisco Partners in advanced talks to acquire Thoma Bravo's stake in Command Alkon

Francisco Partners is in advanced, late-stage negotiations to acquire Thoma Bravo's 55% controlling stake in Command Alkon, in a transaction Bloomberg reports could value the business at up to $1.3 billion. Heidelberg Materials, Command Alkon's largest customer, owns the remaining 45% after acquiring that stake from Thoma Bravo in 2021 at a $1.7 billion valuation. Thoma Bravo originally acquired Command Alkon from Quilvest Capital Partners in 2020. As of this report, discussions were ongoing with no signed agreement confirmed.
