USMBP Acquisition of Davis Supply of Charleston

US Masonry and Building Products (USMBP), a Kinderhook Industries portfolio company, acquired Davis Supply of Charleston, a leading Southeast US distributor of masonry and concrete construction materials including rebar, wire mesh, bagged cement products, drainage systems, and waterproofing. The deal is USMBP's second add-on since Kinderhook's July 2024 platform investment.
