BRAINR EUR 11 Million Seed Round

BRAINR, the Leiria-based Meat Factory Operating System, closed an 11 million euro seed round led by C2 Capital Partners in September 2025, the largest seed round in Portuguese history, structured on a milestone basis rather than delivered as a lump sum. The company followed up with a 1.5 million euro extension from Portugal Ventures in mid 2026, capital it said it had not originally planned to raise, citing faster than expected market adoption.
