Blackstone acquires Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection

Blackstone acquired the Stanly Ranch luxury resort in Napa Valley, part of the Auberge Resorts Collection, for $195 million at a foreclosure auction in March 2026, after the property's previous ownership group defaulted on a $220 million loan. Auberge continues to manage the 135-room resort under the acquisition.
