Argos Wityu acquires Kamps from Groupe Le Duff

Argos Wityu signed an agreement in March 2026 to acquire Kamps, a roughly 340-outlet German and Dutch bakery brand, from Groupe Le Duff, folding it together with Backerei Schmidt into a new holding structure, Artos Bakery Group, creating a combined platform of more than 400 locations.
