Apeiron Investment Group was an early equity investor in Mynaric ahead of its 2017 Frankfurt Stock Exchange IPO, part of at least $137 million in cumulative equity investment the company had received by its 2021 Nasdaq listing from investors including Apeiron and co-founder Markus Knapek. Apeiron representative Vincent Wobbe subsequently held a seat on Mynaric's Supervisory Board from 2021 to 2023.
