American Industrial Partners Capital Fund VIII, L.P. completed its purchase of Boart Longyear Group Ltd. (ASX: BLY) through a court-approved plan of arrangement, taking the 134-year-old mineral drilling company private in an approximately US$371 million transaction. AIP partner Zac Carson led the transaction.
