American Industrial Partners acquired aerospace tooling manufacturers Coast Composites, Global Tooling Systems, and Odyssey Industries on November 19, 2012, later adding Brown Aerospace and Flow Aerospace and consolidating the group under the Ascent Aerospace name in 2019.
