AEQUITA adds four German MAT Foundry Group sites to Breyden

AEQUITA acquired four German production sites (Neunkirchen, Immenhausen, Altenburg, Ueckermunde) from the MAT Foundry Group, generating approximately EUR 200m in annual revenue and employing around 900 people, integrating them into Breyden effective December 1, 2025.
