Advent International signed a definitive agreement to acquire tbi bank, a leading tech-led challenger bank and regional leader in payment plan solutions across Southeast Europe. Terms were not disclosed. The deal was announced in April 2025 and completed in February 2026 following European Central Bank regulatory clearance.
