Advent International acquired CCC Information Services, a SaaS provider to the collision repair and auto insurance industries, from Leonard Green Partners and TPG Capital. Terms were not disclosed, though reports valued the deal at approximately $3 billion. CCC later went public in 2021 via a SPAC merger with Dragoneer Growth Opportunities Corp at an approximate $7 billion enterprise value, trading on the Nasdaq as CCCS, with Advent remaining the largest shareholder at listing.
