TK Elevator
TK Elevator (TKE) is a global leader in vertical transportation and urban mobility, providing elevators, escalators, and moving walkways to customers in more than 100 countries. Advent International, Cinven, and RAG-Stiftung acquired the Elevator Technology division from thyssenkrupp AG in a deal valued at approximately 17.2 billion euros, one of the largest private equity buyouts in European history. Since the 2020 carve-out, TKE has grown revenues from 7.9 billion euros to more than 9.2 billion euros through a multi-year transformation program.
