Jozo

Jozo is a Riyadh proptech, founded in 2024, building a platform for real estate tokenization so individual investors can own fractional shares of property registered on the national real estate registry. It issued what it describes as Saudi Arabia's first tokenized property deed from the private sector and raised a $2.2 million seed round in April 2026 led by Sheikh Hamad Bin Saedan Real Estate Co.
