Devel Motors is a Dubai/Sharjah-based hypercar venture founded by the Al Attar family, best known for the Devel Sixteen, a promised quad-turbo V16 hypercar claimed at up to 5,007 horsepower. Independent automotive press concluded the V16 engine itself was real and dyno-tested, even as the promised production car was never delivered to customers, leaving the company with little beyond a modified Corvette to show for the decade-long program.
